Water Problem at the Bothy

We discovered a problem with the water supply to the Bothy last night.  An electrical problem means that the water pump is not working.

Engineers have been called, but in the meantime the Bothy will be closed for toilet and drinking water facilities.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes and will seek to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Dunlichity Cup 2015 - Heat 2

The second heat of the 2015 Dunlichity Cup was held on Saturday 2 May, with 14 anglers competing for points.

A frantic first four pegs saw 5 anglers take their two fish, and a number of others taking their first fish and releasing others.  Indeed, by the end of the competition, only two competitors had not taken a fish.

The winner was Liam Skinner with two fish to 7lb 12 oz.  Second was Neil Pirrie (7lb 5oz) and third was Tim Watson (7lb 1oz).  Jamie Macgregor's winning streak came to an end but he won the bottle for the biggest fish outside the top three (4lb 3oz).

Liam's win, following on from his second place in the first heat places him on top of the table with 19 points, followed by Jamie Macgregor Snr and Martin Haberfield.

The third heat of the 2015 Dunlichity Cup is on Saturday 6 June at 09.00.
