The forecast rain kindly held off during the pre-Heat Car Park party, and Jamie's well received bacon and sausage rolls went down a treat!
The rain arrived with a vengeance for the first two pegs but this didn't stop Jimmy Cooper taking his two fish for 9lb 5oz in the first peg. This proved to be the winning score, with Jim Dick second and Neil Pirrie third.
With Jamie MacGregor Snr having already won the cup in the penultimate heat, it was left for the rest of the competitors to battle it out for the other prizes. Alan McMurchy's three points were enough for him to secure the season's runner up spot, with Dean Geddes third.
